Did you know that singing in our parish choirs, the de Sales Choir and el Coro, is a special way we worship God? When we sing together in Mass, we aren’t just making music; we’re praying twice! That’s what Saint Augustine said: "To sing is to pray twice." Our choirs help us all feel closer to God and make our Masses beautiful.

Each year, from September 1 through October 4 (the feast of St. Francis of Assisi), Catholics join with other Christians around the world to celebrate the Season of Creation. During this season we acknowledge the gift of God’s creation and join in prayer and action for our Common Home.

Join the parish community of St. Isidore in Grand Rapids for a day devoted to celebrating the Real Presence in the Eucharist. The day begins at 7:45 a.m. with Mass celebrated by Bishop Walkowiak. Sister Faustina Maria and Sister Lillian Emmanuel of the Sisters of the Children of Mary will present Revelations to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque.
