Position Opening: Coordinator of Youth Ministry
St. Francis de Sales Parish of Holland Michigan is currently seeking a dynamic disciple of Christ to serve as the Coordinator of Youth Ministry. Passionate about leading youth to an encounter with Christ, the coordinator works with the entire parish community to help them grow toward becoming lifelong followers of Christ as part of the local and universal Church. Candidates who are bilingual (English & Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- Practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with a commitment to his/her own faith and prayer life.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish and/or have a willingness to work with persons who speak Spanish and other non-English languages
- Well-developed knowledge of Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and Church documents
- Experience teaching faith to youth, parents, and their families
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leader who thrives in team environments while also being a self-starter with strong initiative
- Effective organizer, planner, and implementer
- Mission driven and creative problem solver
