More than 400 households have pledged to our 2024 Catholic Services Appeal, and our pledge total is approaching our goal of $157,194. Now we are working on finishing off the last $8,000! Thank you to the parishioners who have submitted new pledges in response to our recent updates. Keep in mind that this annual appeal is the largest source of funding for our diocese.  Moreover, any shortfall in our paid pledges must be paid from parish funds, while any overage is rebated back to the pa

This year the solemnity of the Immaculate Conception is transferred to Monday, Dec. 9, so as to not conflict with the second Sunday of Advent. In prior years, when the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception was transferred to a Monday, the obligation to attend Mass was waived. The Vatican has since offered clarification to the U.S. Bishops that even when the Solemnity falls on a Monday the obligation to attend Mass remains.
