West Catholic High School Masses - Alumni Memorial Mass & Veterans Mass

West Catholic Alumni Memorial Mass
On Monday, November 6 at 7 p.m. West Catholic High School will hold its annual Alumni Memorial Mass in the school's St. Maria Goretti Chapel. At this Mass, we will be remembering deceased students, faculty and alumni of West Catholic. All are welcome to attend. Blessed Sacrament Chapel Access Change | Cambio de acceso a la Capilla del Santísimo Sacramento

The bridge to the Blessed Sacrament Chapel entrance has served the faithful of this parish for many years.  However, the weather and ice and snow removal products have taken their toll on the wood deck boards and the fasteners of the bridge.  Starting November 1st, 2023, the bridge will receive a facelift with new synthetic deck boards made from recycled plastic products.  During this time, the entrance to the Blessed Sacrament Chappel will be closed, but the Maple street entrance to the church will be open to allow access to the chapel

Coats for Kids / Abrigos para niños

The Knights of Columbus will be collecting new and gently used Winter coats to be distributed through the St. Vincent de Paul Center here in Holland after all Masses next weekend, November 11/12. / Los Caballeros de Colón estarán recolectando abrigos de invierno nuevos y usados en buen estado para ser distribuidos a través del Centro de San Vicente de Paúl Holland después de todas las Misas el próximo fin de semana, 11 y 12 de Noviembre.

Oct. 27 - Day of Prayer and Fasting for Peace / 27 de octubre - Día de Oración y Ayuno por la Paz

Pope Francis has called for a day of prayer, fasting, and penance for peace next Friday, Oct. 27.

At 6 p.m. Rome time (Noon Eastern) on the 27th, Pope Francis will participate in “an hour of prayer in a spirit of penance to implore peace in our time, peace in this world. I ask all the particular Churches to participate by arranging similar activities involving the people of God,” the pope said.
