On this page, you'll select the instrumental pieces, hymns and songs for use in your wedding liturgy. To listen to samples and see a list of music choices available they are available on the Music Listening Page.  It might be helpful to have this page as well as the listening page opened up in two different browser windows at the same time.  The listening page is password protected, the password can be obtained from the St. Francis front office.

Two things to note, most of the instrumental processionals can be used as recessionals as well, they appear on the listening page in one grouping, and the preparation of the gifts and communion hymns appear in the same grouping on the listening page as well, so you will likely be picking two things from one category depending on the type of service and other preferences.

The form is designed to hide the items that will not be used in your wedding based on if its occurring during a mass or word service, so please make that selection first.

Generally, if both the bride and groom are Catholic, the wedding will take place within mass. If one or there other are not catholic, the wedding will be part of a word service. If you don't know, we'll plan it as if it is a mass and then eliminate the songs/hymns we don't need if it ends up being a word service.

There are two options for how the processional happens. One option, the option preferred by the church documents is that an opening hymn is sung as the priest, ministers and wedding party process in. The other option would be to do an instrumental procession followed by a sung opening hymn. How would you like the opening of the liturgy to begin?
