The Corpus Christi Foundation provided grant funds for the purchase of nine pyxes for the St. Francis de Sales Parish visitation ministry through a grant submitted by Tom Eggleston last fall. Pyxes are sacred vessels used to transport the Body of Christ to those who are not able to attend Mass due to physical limitations. We are grateful for the volunteers that bring Christ to those who yearn to receive Him, and pray for healing for the recipients in body, mind, and soul. La Fundación Corpus Christi proporcionó fondos de subvención para la compra de nueve píxide para el ministerio de visitación de la Parroquia de St. Francis de Sales a través de una subvención presentada por Tom Eggleston el otoño pasado. Las píxides son vasos sagrados que se utilizan para transportar el Cuerpo de Cristo a quienes no pueden asistir a Misa debido a limitaciones físicas.
