“My flesh for the life of the world” (John 6:51)
Bishop David Walkowiak has asked each parish in the Diocese of Grand Rapids to celebrate a Eucharistic Holy Hour on the evening of December 13 from 7-8 pm. This Holy Hour is part of the three-year Eucharistic Revival throughout the Catholic Church in the United States. St. Francis will be participating in this diocesan-wide Holy Hour with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. The Holy Hour will include some hymns, readings from Sacred Scripture, and time for silent prayer. The Sacrament of Reconciliation will also be available. We invite everyone to join in adoring our Lord Jesus Christ, who is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament.

El obispo David Walkowiak ha pedido a cada parroquia de la Diócesis de Grand Rapids que celebre una Hora Santa Eucarística la noche del 13 de diciembre de 7 a 8 pm. Esta Hora Santa es parte del Avivamiento Eucarístico de tres años en toda la Iglesia Católica en los Estados Unidos. San Francisco participará en esta Hora Santa diocesana con la Exposición del Santísimo Sacramento. Through the national Eucharistic Revival, we are called into the mystery of communion with our Lord and invited to renew our belief in the Real Presence. On December 13, from 7-8 p.m., exposition of the Holy Eucharist will be celebrated in almost all parishes of the diocese to adore our Lord, offer our lives with Christ, and celebrate our unity as a local church.
St. Francis de Sales will be offering a Liturgy of the Word and the Sacrament of Reconciliation (confession) during this time.

“Queremos que todos encuentren el amor de Jesucristo verdaderamente presente en la Eucaristía y que experimenten los efectos transformadores de ese amor”.
A través del Avivamiento Eucarístico nacional, somos llamados al misterio de la Comunión con nuestro Señor e invitados a renovar nuestra creencia en la Presencia Real. El 13 de diciembre, de 7PM a 20 horas, se celebrará la exposición de la Sagrada Eucaristía en casi todas las parroquias de la diócesis para adorar a nuestro Señor, ofrecer nuestra vida con Cristo y celebrar nuestra unidad como iglesia local.
Nuestra parroquia ofrecerá una Liturgia de la Palabra y el Sacramento de la Reconciliación (confesión) durante esta hora.
