During the week of November 17, 2024, families in the Family of Faith program spent time together preparing for the season of Advent. During their time together, children and parents created Advent wreaths, talked about what the season of Advent is, read about St. Juan Diego and Our Lady of Guadalupe, learned about the tradition of praying the “O Antiphons,” and created cards for our homebound parishioners.
Durante la semana del 17 de noviembre de 2024, las familias del los programas de formación de Fe pasaron tiempo juntas preparándose para la temporada de Adviento. Durante su tiempo juntos, los niños y los padres crearon Coronas de Adviento, hablaron sobre lo que es el tiempo de Adviento, leyeron sobre San Juan Diego y Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, aprendieron sobre la tradición de rezar las "Antífonas O" y crearon tarjetas para nuestros feligreses confinados en casa.
