Sunday, January 29 through February 5, 2017

National Catholic Schools Week is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. It starts the last Sunday in January and runs all week.  Our parish school, Corpus Christi which is jointly sponsored with Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.  We begin Catholic Schools Week with Mass at Our Lady of the Lake and end the week with Mass as St. Francis de Sales.

The theme for the National Catholic Schools Week 2017 is “Catholic Schools: Communities of Faith, Knowledge and Service.” Aside from celebrating Mass at the parish, schools typically observe the annual celebration week with open houses and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members. Through these events, schools focus on the value Catholic education provides to young people and its contributions to our church, our communities and our nation.

Visit Corpus Christi's website to learn more about our parish school and we encourage you to schedule a visit by contacting the school office.  Catholic education is more possible for your family than you may think.  Be sure to talk to our staff about scholarships offered through the diocese.
