The Covenant Program, a daylong retreat has been designed to provide this common experience. In addition, it will clarify expectations of membership at St. Francis.
Although certain groups of parishioners are required to attend as part of their sacramental or Quinceañera preparation, all new parishioners are encouraged to attend. It is our hope that over time, this program will reach all parishioners.
The Covenant Program is designed to be a “one-time experience”. Therefore, when parents have attended in preparation for marriage, they do not need to attend again in preparation for their first child’s Baptism. Or after they have attended for their first child’s First Communion, they do not need to attend again for younger children.

“La Alianza”: Un retiro-experiencia de un día diseñado para tener una reflexión profunda sobre nuestro compromiso como cristianos. Participarán algunos grupos de la Parroquia como los feligreses nuevos. Esperamos que con el tiempo, este programa alcance a todos los feligreses de la Parroquia de St. Francis de Sales.
Aunque se exige a ciertos grupos de la Parroquia los padres de las quinceañeras deben participar como parte de su preparación al sacramental de la quinceañera. Se animará también a los nuevos feligreses para participar. Nuestro objetivo es que con el tiempo todos los feligreses de la Parroquia lo hayan hecho.
El Programa del Convenio se diseña para ser una "experiencia del un día." Por consiguiente, cuando los padres han asistido en la preparación para el matrimonio, ellos no necesitan asistir de nuevo a “La Alianza” para el Bautismo de su primer niño. O después de que ellos han asistido para la Primera Comunión de su primer niño, ellos no necesitan asistir de nuevo para la quinceañera.
